Allan Bernard is a lifelong educator, development practitioner, and community advocate with nearly 30 years of service across Jamaica and the Caribbean. As the People’s National Party’s (PNP) Deputy Shadow Cabinet Spokesperson on Social Transformation and Social Protection, and the Party’s Candidate for Member of Parliament in St. James North Western, Allan brings a clear vision and a bold 10-point plan to uplift the constituency and move it forward.  His career has been defined by a deep commitment to uplifting communities, empowering youth, and driving sustainable development through education, policy, and grassroots engagement.
