Allan Bernard is a lifelong educator, development practitioner, community advocate, and Senator in the Upper House of Jamaica’s Parliament, with nearly 30 years of service across Jamaica and the Caribbean. His appointment to the Senate reflects national confidence in his leadership and his commitment to shaping policies that advance social development and protect the most vulnerable.

He also serves as the People’s National Party’s Deputy Shadow Cabinet Spokesperson on Social Transformation and Social Protection and is the Party’s Candidate for Member of Parliament for St. James North Western.
